Important Information Regarding Covid-19

Dear patients,

At You Smile Dental Care & Fastbraces^® our first priority is the wellbeing of both our patients and our members of staff.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as from Monday 23/03/2020 the practice will be closed until further notice.

If you have a genuine dental emergency (pain, swelling, bleeding, trauma, lost crown, sharpness, unable to eat) then please feel free to contact us at our practice telephone number 01673-843-290 and will try to help as best as we can.

The dentist will do his best to offer you telephone support or refer you to an emergency dental hub near you.

We are following the advice from Public Health England as well as our regulatory body and staying informed on the latest updates. Once the relevant Health Authorities advise us it is safe to do so, we will reopen.

If you require emergency treatment or you would like to speak to one of our dentists or our reception team please contact the practice via either phone or email.

Please do not come to the practice without contacting us as the premises are closed.

If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and you need emergency dental treatment please contact the NHS helpline (111) for advice.

This is a challenging time for everybody. The new virus will affect our lives for the foreseeable future. We all need to adapt our ways in order to protect ourselves and the people around us.

We are looking forward to the time that we will be in a position to go back to our routine practice.
